This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, durability, age, or usability. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting and verifying the condition of the container(s) before purchase and accepting delivery.
2. No Refunds or Returns Once payment is processed and the transaction is completed, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be issued, regardless of any subsequent claims related to the product condition, appearance, or performance. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.
3. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy By making a purchase from Gulf Coast Containers LLC, the buyer agrees to the following: You waive all rights to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) based on quality, condition, delivery issues, or misunderstanding of our policies. In the event of a chargeback, Gulf Coast Containers LLC will provide signed purchase agreements, inspection photos, delivery confirmation, and communication logs to dispute and reverse the claim. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and/or report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. Inspection and Acceptance Buyers are encouraged to: Conduct due diligence before purchase. Review current photos or videos of the container(s) when available. Inspect the container in person or assign a qualified third party to inspect on your behalf. Acceptance of the container upon delivery or pickup constitutes your acknowledgment that the item(s) meet your expectations and are received in satisfactory condition.
5. Delivery Disclaimer Gulf Coast Containers LLC is not responsible for site conditions, offloading, weather delays, or customer inaccessibility upon delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the site is prepared and accessible for safe delivery.
