Gulf Coast Containers LLC is a nationwide seller of new and used shipping containers, direct to the public, delivered from depot markets across the United States.
Who we are
Gulf Coast Containers is owned and run by Charles Thomas. We are based in Houston, Texas, and sell and deliver nationwide.
What we do
We track container stock at third-party depots in 56 US markets, currently 25,238 containers as of November 3, 2026. You tell us the size and grade you need and where it is going, and we quote the container and the trucking to your address.
Delivery is arranged through our nationwide network of vetted carriers and owner operators on tilt-deck trailers. Gulf Coast Containers LLC is also a licensed freight broker (USDOT 7375369, MC-84331026). In the Houston area we also offer custom containers, rentals, repair and refrigerated containers.
How we sell
- Containers are sold by size and grade. Unless your invoice names a specific unit, one of that size and grade is assigned from available stock.
- Depots are not open to the public, so visits and choosing an individual container are not available.
- Sales are as-is, with no warranty. Please read our Terms of Sale before you order.
