These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Gulf Coast Containers LLC ("Gulf Coast Containers," "we," "us," or "our"), your use of our quote request and contact forms, and your participation in our text messaging (SMS) program. By accessing this website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to messaging.

We sell, deliver, and modify shipping containers for residential and commercial customers.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our customers; to interfere with the operation of the site; to submit false or misleading information; or to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site by automated means without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Gulf Coast Containers operates a text messaging program that delivers quote information, order confirmations, delivery scheduling and driver ETA updates, invoice and payment reminders, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
By checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form and submitting your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Gulf Coast Containers at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. The consent box is never pre-selected and must be actively checked by you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a quote and buy from us without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Gulf Coast Containers does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation message and will send no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details in Section 20.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or contact us at the phone number in Section 20.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support the program.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly so that we do not send messages to a person who has not consented.
Information you provide in connection with the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract and does not reserve any container or delivery date. A quote is an offer to sell on the terms stated in that quote and is valid only for the period stated on its face. If no period is stated, a quote expires ten (10) days after issuance. Quotes are subject to container availability at the time of acceptance.
Prices displayed on this website are estimates and are subject to change without notice. Container inventory turns over frequently, and units shown as available may be sold before your order is placed. Delivery pricing depends on distance, site conditions, and equipment required, and is confirmed on your written quote. Prices do not include applicable sales tax unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted, and to decline or cancel any order arising from an obvious pricing error.
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and receive the deposit or payment required by your quote. Payment terms, deposits, deliverables, scope of work, and any special conditions are set out in the written quote, sales order, or invoice for your transaction.
Where the terms of a signed quote, sales order, invoice, or separate written agreement conflict with these Terms, that document governs the transaction. These Terms govern your use of the website and the messaging program in all cases.
Past-due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as stated on the applicable invoice. Title and risk of loss pass as stated in the applicable sales document.
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery is subject to weather, equipment availability, road conditions, and access at the delivery site.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible, reasonably level, and adequately prepared to receive a container; for identifying and disclosing any underground utilities, septic systems, sprinklers, irrigation lines, or other subsurface conditions; for obtaining any permits, easements, or HOA or landlord approvals required; and for confirming that the delivery vehicle can reach the placement location.
If our driver arrives and the site is inaccessible, unprepared, or unattended where attendance is required, a dry run, standby, or re-delivery fee may apply as stated in your quote. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, pavement, landscaping, underground utilities, or other property arising from delivery to the location you designate.
Used containers are sold in used condition. Grades such as "wind and water tight," "cargo worthy," or "one-trip" describe general condition consistent with industry usage and do not mean a container is free of surface rust, dents, scratches, prior repairs, patches, mismatched paint, odors, or residual markings. Photographs on this website are representative and may not depict the specific unit delivered unless we identify a unit by number in writing.
Modification work, including doors, windows, vents, insulation, electrical, framing, and paint, is performed to the scope stated in the written estimate for that work. Changes to scope after acceptance require a written change order and may affect price and schedule. Modified containers may no longer be suitable for ocean shipping and may void any container line certification. You are responsible for determining whether a modified container complies with local building, zoning, permitting, and code requirements at the placement site.
Cancellation and refund rights, including any deposit forfeiture, restocking charge, or cancellation fee, are as stated in your written quote, sales order, or invoice. Containers that have been modified, painted, or built to your specification are non-cancellable and non-returnable once work has begun.
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED IN WRITING IN YOUR QUOTE, SALES ORDER, OR INVOICE, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS." GULF COAST CONTAINERS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT INVENTORY, PRICING, OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GULF COAST CONTAINERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS WEBSITE, THE MESSAGING PROGRAM, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE WE PROVIDE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THAT TRANSACTION.

Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or the messaging program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the site or the messaging program after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
